ANOTHER DESERT RIDE

A yellow sulfur butterfly lands in the hedgehog cactus.
Desert Globe Mallow, growing wild in the desert.

Teddy Bear Cholla look so cuddly...not so! But pretty just the same!

A memorial to a miner found deep in the desert.

The "sights" point to his mine.

Absolutely beautiful Mary--thank you so much! It is freezing here in VT even though it's spring so I loved having desert warmth and flowers to witness that the season will indeed change.

And I loved the mule deer! Reminded me of corgi ears. People always say of Sam: look at those ears.

Safe travels,
Diana

PS Loved Bella too. So nice to see her again.
