John and Winn escorted me to Mexico, while Paul took his motorcycle to Brenda. I had a ball parusing the Mexican vendor booths, what an assortment of crafts and trash! The artisans are unbelievable, painting really beautiful scenes and pictures on lamps and plates. Really talented people. They offered to paint my Bella, but I didn't have a photo of her on hand. I did buy her a Mexican Seniorita dress, tho!
John purchased a really nice leather hand tooled holster for 35.00. In Mexico, everyone bargains for goods. The price of the holster started at 75.00.
I came away with some very pretty gold jewelry, a t-shirt and some butterfly items for Papillon Haven. Just a lot of fun and a very different environment. The Mexicans are cheerful and very friendly.
